SGM Mark Richardson travelled to Rabat, Morocco with one of the club’s young upcoming students to lead a series of successful seminars in Poomsae and Kyorugi, including (very) early morning fitness sessions on the beach! All sessions were very well attended and an invaluable experience for all. A special thank you to Master Abdelilah Khoudali, President of Song Moo Kwan Africa and head coach of Skirat Taekwondo club, for an outstanding organisation and hospitality.
